TLSA RRs? CERT RRs? TXT RR?

To put them into x.509 there has to be an OID - do we create ones for DRIP?

First they are called Endorsements now. Second there was some informal discussion around this a few times that suggests that using CERT with either OID (as specified now) or extending CERT to support CBOR data.
