DET RRType Request #33

A request for the DET RRtype to be sent to the dns-rrtype-applications@ietf.org mailto:dns-rrtype-applications@ietf.org. I assume this can be done by the authors.

Along with the HHIT RR request we also have two IANA registries linked to the RR.

The CBOR encoding also should get a CBOR Tag to be registered.
