IRM, MRA, RIDR - Removal of word Registry #9

All these terms use the term registry in their naming convention. Perhaps we should change them to line up with the terminology change.

Some suggestions: IRM to: (a) ICAO Authority of Manufacturers (IAM) or (b) ICAO Manufacturer Authority (IMA)

MRA to: (a) Manufacturers Authority of Aircraft (MAA) or (b) Manufacturer Aircraft Authority (MAA)

RIDR to: (a) Remote ID Authority of Session IDs (RIDAS, RAS, RASID); (b) Session ID Authority (SIDA) or (c) Remote ID Authority (RIA, RIDA)

These terms have slowly started to change.

IRM now not only removes Registry but also ICAO and has become "Manufacturer Code Authority (MCA)"

The MRA to "Manufacturer Unmanned Aircraft Authority (MAA)" with Unmanned added to the section title only.

RIDR was switched in -09 to SIDA which then was pointed out as being a similiar acronym to a disease. Not the best association. Perhaps we should switch to "UAS ID Authority (UIDA, UIA)"?

This have been changed in both -10 and -11.
