Do we need to define specific syntax for trace header fields other than Received/Return-Path? #77

John Klensin suggested that optional-field might not be sufficiently tight definition of trace header fields other than Received/Return-Path.

The current proposal on the table is to define something like

optional-trace-field = optional-field

But otherwise don't do any further changes.
