Should rfc5322bis "generate" grammar allow for non trace header fields between trace and resent block #83

In Section 3.6 there are 2 places where "optional-field" is mentioned. The one at the bottom is to allow for general header field extensibility and it is fine. However the one at the top (between "trace" and various resent-* seem to suggest that non trace header fields are allowed between trace and recent block:

fields = (trace optional-field / (resent-date / resent-from / resent-sender / resent-to / resent-cc / resent-bcc / resent-msg-id)) (orig-date / from / sender / reply-to / to / cc / bcc / message-id / in-reply-to / references / subject / comments / keywords / optional-field)

This was initially discussed at IETF 111 and there was no objection to keeping the top "optional-field". This issue was reopened in light of extra information.

Proposal in -05 is to remove the top "optional-field". See https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/msg/emailcore/3xPbVYbbBxtCrTRztXSx5_KWOLk
