Mention (multi-document) YAML streams #55

Data point: We have a separate media type for CBOR sequences (RFC 8742, application/cbor-seq, +cbor-seq, which are very similar to YAML streams).
There are also JSON text sequences (RFC 8091, application/json-seq, +json-seq).
