Clarify `instance` dereferenceability #31

As discussed in https://github.com/ietf-wg-httpapi/rfc7807bis/pull/30#discussion_r726632184, this PR expands on the dereferenceability of instance to clarify what the URI is expected to return, which hopefully also clarify the intended use of instance.
