To steer an unlabeled IP packet into an SR policy, it is necessary to create a label stack for that packet, and push one or more labels onto that stack.

Jeffrey: Do you mean SR-mpls policy? Perhaps remove ", and push one or more labels onto that stack"? Perhaps changes "Explicit NULL Label Policy" to "Explicit NULL Label Behavior"? The word "policy" here gets tangled with "SR Policy".

Ketan: This is related to SR Policy with the SR-MPLS data plane. Jeffrey (zzh2): The wording “create a label stack for that packet, and push one or more labels onto that stack” is really strange. Again, you don’t need to post a revision for this.
