Acknowledgment out of date #171

In the acknowledgment section:

"In particular, the author would like to thank Eric Rescorla for suggesting to use an HTTP method to proxy UDP."

It was a good suggestion at the time, but we ended up not using a method, so I suppose this sentence now sounds odd.

If you would like to leave it as-is, I have no concerns.

We're acknowledging EKR's contribution in the way that it was made. If I'm being pedantic, we're not using the contribution exactly as it was made but we're still using an HTTP method even if it's not a new one :-) So I'm leave it as-is if that's OK
