Cleanup for "additional information" in media type registration

Just a reminder: if we update RFC 6838 then it would be cool to:

• remove “Macintosh file type code(s)” (which doesn’t exist anymore since MacOSX)
• add “Windows clipboard flavour” and “macOS Universal Type Identifier” among the additional information fields.

The RFC Editors page at https://www.rfc-editor.org/info/rfc6838 seems to not list one. The RFC predates the universal presence of XML formats.

There's an XML format on the I-D page for the last-before-publication I-D: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-appsawg-media-type-regs/14/

I think either Tony Hansen or John Klensin might have one too.

OK. So here would be a patch and the resulting XML compared to the last-before-publication I-D:

In substance:

• replace the suggestion to the MacOS file type by the suggestions for macOS UTIs and Windows clipboard flavor names
• replace the literature entry of MacOS file type (which was 21 y old and whose URL is no longer available, an archive fetch exists still) by an explanation of the macOS UTIs and windows clipboard flavors.

Is this enough for an inclusion? Should this be more text-oriented to be included in a new RFC? Or should the RFC 6838 be made into a newer document, maybe together with the mediaman release?
