A few things:

• author (whatever)
• changed the label used (otherwise we have a confusability attack which leads to very easy truncation)
• tweaked entropy according to a fix we just got for OHTTP
• some language changes, especially in security considerations, largely based on what I heard in feedback at the last meeting
