The use of the name "oblivious" for the SvcParam has the potential to create a conflict or ambiguity. For example, we risk creating confusion if someone defines "Oblivious CoAP" and advertises both DoH and DNS-over-CoAP in a DNS-SVCB record. I think "ohttp" is probably a better name.

115 consensus seems to be to use ohttp as the parameter name, and clarify that it always means standard OHTTP/BHTTP.
