Consider removing the extension point for DP mechanisms #88

2024/10/26 interim: It's a little confusing that this draft defines a a registry for DP mechanism codepoints. We could instead move DP mechanisms into a generic task config extension: see https://github.com/ietf-wg-ppm/draft-ietf-ppm-dap-taskprov/issues/85#issuecomment-2436405240.

I've gotten some more feedback offline about this and we're good to remove this. PR incoming.
