Make Abstract conform to IETF-required style #7

According to https://authors.ietf.org/required-content (Abstract section), the Abstract of an I-D or RFC needs to stand alone. It should not contain abbreviations or references.

Changes:

Removed references from Abstract
Expanded abbreviations in Abstract
Added Updates: RFC8392 to metadata
Introduced first references in Introduction
