Normalize "name space" to "namespace" everywhere #137

RFC4122 used both "name space" and "namespace" As per my searches, "namespace" seems to see more usage than "name space". Hence I think we should normalize it to one word without spaces throughout the document.

Will also do the same for "hash space" to "hashspace"
