splat Colore client options to compel with new Ruby 3 positional arguments syntax #6

Ruby < 2.6 should be addressed, maybe have to make a split solution for before and after 2.7

I was trying to add specs and upgrade for Carrierwave 2

There is work in progress at https://github.com/ifad/carrierwave-colore/compare/carrierwave2

I can see that there is splat operator in the commit, any chance to give an actual try?
