New concept for V_lambda as function of age and field size #121

Decide on strategy:

  1. Continue using constant 1.89 for all situations
  2. Assume 1.89 for all field sizes, 32 years, and scale for other ages (most probably)
  3. Assume 1.89 for 32 years, 2 degrees, and scale from there
  4. Find general solution for l_bar_max / m_bar_max as function of age and field size
