fix/redesign/reorganize the layout of the interactive bottom area (alice-blue area) in order to make it conform as well as possible with the interactive bottom area for the other dropdown-menu options.
(In particular, (1) make the alice-blue area the same size as for the other dropdown-menu options, (2) make the spinbox for choice of standard (2deg 1931 or 10deg 1964) wide enought for displaying the text and (3) place the spinbox for choice of standard within the alice-blue bottom area.)
