Nutrition Framework - Nutrition Installer not including "Log To Health" in installation instructions #30

The Nutrition Installer does not include the newly added shortcut "Log Nutrients To Health" as part of the shortcuts to download in the installation instructions. This was because its base version 0.0 was not included the childVers dictionary used during installation.

Fixing that now by eliminating the need to add a base version and instead using the number action to evaluate non-existent shortcuts to 0.0.
