User reported that they were somewhat confused with how to use Log Foods At Different Times, what can I do to make it better?

Updated shortcut to have more descriptive menu options, and also include a How-To-Use option for instructions. Instructions are also shown when there are no foods in the list. Made in Commit 3ac2d33, as part of working on Issue #1
