Add feature: editable `RamoEvent`s #20

This is for when location for given RamoEvents change over the semester, or for when they are set late, and the user would like to view them in their schedule. Allow the user to freely edit the location for an event, only that attribute.

Also, for the future, if desired, allow the user to edit the location for an event as well as the start and end times, date and day of week, for when the catalog gets a considerable last-minute change (considering that change won't be updated in Canvas' Excel file with the catalog for the current academic period).

This would be too difficult to implement regarding the consistency check between local data and online catalog, when there are faculty changes. Won't implement editable events.
