Installing instructions for Ubuntu #20

The page about installing for Ubuntu is blank. The page is already there at [0].

We can take [1] as a template. Feel free to improve it!

Hey Alber! Thanks for the template :+1: I'm just not sure if it will work properly on Windows without placing the DLL files (namely gluegen-rt.dll, jogl.dll, jogl_awt.dll and jogl_cg.dll) into the java library path.

In the NASA World Wind SDK tutorial I wrote the following procedure: http://ifgi.uni-muenster.de/worldwind-tutorial/?page_id=7

I will now create a VM to make the Raring Ringtail installation procedures ;-)

Code Installation tutorial written and tested on Ubuntu Raring Ringtail.
