Installing instructions for Windows #33

@albhasan please update the installation instructions for Windows (with screenshots). You can copy most of the text from MacOS / Linux, make minor changes and update the screenshots!

on my maschine it is 3.0.3

@albhasan I no longer have maven installed on my machine. All the libraries we need are now in online repositories. The maven plug-in for eclipse I use is 1.0.200.20111128-1245
