I'm not sure what is causing this issue but whenever I play multiple videos at once in grid view the entire FlipFlip window will flicker and sometimes even show a white and black checkerboard grid artifact in the center. My GPU is a RTX 3070 so I don't think I'm running out of VRAM either.
