Oh and I just realized the trainer is show on the first page I didn't see that before, so that part seems to be implemented already. See:

Club Trainer Joey no longer has Fred as a client.
If this is our desired functionality that is fine but if so we probably need to implement some enhancements so the club owner can actually know what is going on.
If this is the desired functionality I would suggest when viewing club members from the club owner portal it shows who that member's trainer is perhaps here: http://screencast.com/t/Dhegww11V
Also when clicking assign trainer I would suggest it show the current trainer at the top like so: http://screencast.com/t/jrSt7oojZ
Then also when a new trainer is selected a modal saying "this will remove user Fred from Joey's clients" or something like that.
OR
I would allow users to be trained by mulitple trainers. I would still implement the top two sections but then in the modal ask with a checkbox if they want to keep old trainers (or something like that).
