I second this. Persistent buttons like this (which we have 2 of) can be annoying to some users. Perhaps less obtrusive links somewhere on the page (in the Menu maybe?) might work as well. I find it ironic that users are using our feedback button to give us feedback about how they don't like the feedback button :)

"Feedback tab is blocking date selection"
"Loose these tabs. They interfere with access to function such as schedule calendar on my tablet."
"[...] This feedback dialog has a fixed location and gets covered by the on-screen keyboard [...]"
"Hi. Can you move the the feedback bar? It's in the way of my work out stats. [...]"
And many more. There are 87 messages that contain the word "feedback", (probably) all of them negative.
These buttons are often in the way of our new dashboard which is wider than most of our other pages:
Is there an alternative to these persistent buttons?

Lets just remove it them from mobile for now until we find a better solution. The majority of our user base isn't using the post login on mobile.

Feature Details
Description: The feedback and live chat buttons on the right side of the site tend to block things on smaller devices, notably the iPad. This has brought about a consistent stream of feedback complaining about the feedback itself. It would be nice to some alternative display of this information on a different resolution. Would require design.
Benefit: These tabs stop being in the way.
Expected Interaction: Feedback still on the site, but not blocking functionality.
