Security - Email Verification

Most websites have some type of email verification. I believe we should do the same.

Description:

When someone signs up for iFit, we should send them an email to have them verify their email address.

Benefit:

So people aren't spamming us with fake emails, and/or "Most Importantly" use a random email.

i.e. If I use Ernie's email address to sign up, then when he wants to sign up for iFit, he won't be able too, because I'm already using his email.
