Description
When creating a time based workout (non-map), you can add speed/incline nodes to the graph by clicking above or below the speed/incline line. Clicking on any of these nodes will bring up a box where you can manually enter the exact values you would like. You can also click and drag the nodes.
Whether dragging or manually entering values, no node can be placed closer than 30 seconds to any other node. E.g. if you have a node at 1:00, you could not place a node at 1:10, it would jump to 1:30. This may be annoying for users when creating specialized interval workouts where they want to adjust the speed or incline in increments < 30 seconds.
This wasn't likely intentional, but if so, perhaps we might allow users to toggle this feature and also add it to distance based workouts.

Reproduction Steps
Click Menu - Create
Change dropdown to time based workout
Enter Name, time, & date; click next
Attempt to make a new node in the first or last 30 seconds
Click any node and attempt to change the time to < 30 seconds or to the last 30 seconds
