Update rosdep in order to simplify installation #51

Most of dependency packages listed here: https://github.com/ifm/ifm3d-ros/blob/master/ifm3d_ros_driver/doc/noetic.md

are available in rosdep: https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/blob/e78ea3a32ee1d322271f75ffd0d15044d532aadc/rosdep/base.yaml

Can you update the plugin.xml in order to have them installed with rosdep ?

Installation / setup procedure was changed in more recent ifm3d-ros versions.
