fim3dpy v1.1.0 is not able to grab data from device

Describe the bug ifmdpy showing inconsistent data grabbing for ifm3d version v1.1.0. Data grabbing is not always start on call of ifm3d::FrameGrabber::Start call.

Expected behavior Data Grabbing must start on the call of ifm3d::FrameGrabber::Start function

Configuration/Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• ifm3dpy version: v1.1.0
• using ROS: no

NOTE : This issue is frequently reproducible with ifm3dpy and all python version seems affected, if you are facing issues using ifm3dpy-v1.1.0 please revert back to ifm3dpy-v1.0.1
