Added EXCLUDE_FROM_ALL to gtest includes to avoid overwriting existing files on install
In CPACK, changed libpcl-1.7 to libpcl-dev to allow use with PCL1.8 on 18.04
Updated release info for 0.7.6
Fully built & unit tested on 16.04 & 18.04

This is old -- let me see if it's still necessary as my current development has been on 18.04 for some time now.
