Remove ignore flag for bundle-audit check in CI #2233

Description

Now that we've upgraded to Ruby 3 and Rails 7, we no longer need to ignore security vulnerabilities that were blocked by this! This PR removes the ignore flag in the bundle-audit check in CI 🎉
