[x] xprjson file name should only be delcared in Taipy page, in a variable named xprjson_file_name. Example:
```
xprjson_file_name = "covid_page.xprjson"
page = Page(PureHTMLResourceHandler())
```
[x] Inside Chalk'it, when TAIPY_LINK is true, projet name should be read-only
[x] the xprjson should be automatically loaded after Chalk'it load
[x] save action should target that file
[x] hide export button when TAIPY_LINK is true
