stage play support? #100

This is very cool! Thanks for your work on it!

How hard would it be to tweak things to allow exporting pdfs that follow standard stage play formatting? After installing from source, I've played with .js/utils/print-profiles.js changing the feed variables for "action" and "parenthetical" with mixed results...

See wrap, which extends fountain with stageplay features (I have not played with stageplay features).
