With the afterwriting CLI for rendering a pdf given a fountain file,
is there a way to enable support for rendering inline markdown links, eg,
[This link](http://example.net/) has no title attribute.
would render the sentence with "This link" as a blue hyperlink to http://example.net
In addition to afterwriting, I use Highland 2 which will hyperlink words per the markdown spec, and I was hoping there would be a configuration on to turn on support for this, but I looked and did not see one.
