Parentheticals format improperly when indented #182

I like to indent my Fountain files similarly to a screenplay, as the specification allows, but any indented parenthetical gets formatted as dialogue.

For instance, if I write this:

                ANTOINE
        Yes, my princess. Ahem.
            (into mic)
        Attention, residents of Knothole.

It gets formatted in the PDF more like this:

                ANTOINE
        Yes, my princess. Ahem.
        (into mic)
        Attention, residents of Knothole.

This happens whether the parenthetical occurs in the middle of dialogue (as here) or it occurs directly after the speaker's name.
