Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be great to have a codebase for a classifier, so it doesn't have to be done from scratch.

Describe the solution you'd like A notebook with the algorithm would be important, together with a test dataset to experiment with yourself.

sounds interesting. I've created a branch called "9-classifiers" for this purpose. Feel free to add your code there.
