Replace license with MIT #225

GNU GPL v3 was added in https://github.com/ifsnop/mysqldump-php/commit/2c78b66daf904034d52918cb7065594325b9e2e0 by @ifsnop, but it prohibits the use of this lib with licences like AFL, see discussion https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/pull/23911

Also, this project was MIT licensed originally https://github.com/ifsnop/mysqldump-php/blob/v2.3/composer.json#L7 and thus I propose to change it back to MIT.

Not at all. I firmly believe that community effort should return to community. And I also believe in GPL3 Vs. TiVo.

Mysqldump-php can be used without problems by other software, you have just to take care about how are you using it.

GPL3 can not be used within projects like Prestashop, MIT can. If we switch to MIT, the community can grow faster as it will be used for more projects :)

@ifsnop please reconsider this as GPL3 can not be used in MIT or simillar projects. If you belive the advantage of enforcing GPL3 is greater then close this PR.
