Uploadinfo does not show the upload year #31

Example: https://upload.ifarchive.org/admin/arch/games/twine/french?view=info&filename=Go_get_the_bread.zip

It says "Upload time: Jun 19, 01:11 EDT", but in fact this was June 19, 2017.
