Show metadata fields on past-comp lists. #147

The full-view lists of past comps (e.g. https://ifcomp.org/comp/2017) should show the estimated-playtime and content-warnings fields for every entry holding values for them. (They did not exist on any entry prior to 2017.)

Also, platform and play style. (Obviously, there's room for template sharing/refactoring here.)

Dropping CW from what to show here. It doesn't feel right to show CW on a website that doesn't let you play or download the game in question; it's warning about something not actually present.

Something to reconsider should the IFComp site host archival entries.
