Update "$reviewSites" for external reviews #201

On the "editgame" page there is a popup for adding external reviews. On that page, $reviewSites lists several review sites, some of which are out of date. I'm not sure if these are only used as examples to explain what the external reviews are, or if they are used some other way.

SPAG: The url should be updated to point to spagmag.org.

XYZZYnews: If this is only being used as an example of an external review site, I suggest removing XYZZYnews altogether, as that domain has been taken over. If we need to point to XYZZYnews for some other reason, there's XYZZY News at the IF Archive or possibly the Wayback Machine.

IF-Review: this url doesn't seem to work.

In addition to updating any old URLs and removing XYZZYnews as an example, let's also put an example on this list

Use this section to link to full-length reviews on other sites (e.g., SPAG, Xyzzy News, Brass Lantern...)

of a website that is regularly updated. Maybe "Emily Short's Interactive Storytelling." SPAG and Brass Lantern haven't been updated in years.

I make some of these changes in https://github.com/iftechfoundation/ifdb/pull/70. I left IF-Review alone for now.
