Allow users to create a list of curated games on their profile page #288

A user's profile page would benefit from the functionality of lists, so that users can decide what order to display games in, which games to display, and make comments about them. Underneath this list can be a link to 'see all games'. The default for new users would be 'see all games'.

@brirush84 it is interesting that all of the sections in the profile have a short list and a "See all..." option except for the Interactive Fiction section. I can play around with this a bit and see what I can come up with. Thanks for capturing the suggestion.
