Searching by #reviews:0 erronously excludes games without ratings #369

I noticed, when searching "#reviews:0", that I wasn't getting any games without ratings. To confirm, you can search this: "#reviews:0 #ratings:0". No game matches these search criteria. If you search "#reviews:1 #ratings:0" things work as appropriate.

Actually, it seems that the reverse is also true: when you search "#ratings:0" you get a surprisingly low number of games, because it only shows you games that do have at least one review. (And there aren't many games with reviews but no ratings.)
