Allow poll creators to anonymize poll results #373

Today, when you vote in a poll, your vote is visible to the public, including your user name and what you voted.

There should be a box that a poll creator can check that would hide the votes. (IFDB moderators would need to be able to view the votes for moderation purposes.)

This would allow us to run something like an XYZZY-like competition vote on IFDB infrastructure.

I wrote this, but, maybe not really? Because, what about anti-cheating support?
