Rename "Plonk" to something more familiar #424

There's a "Plonk" feature on the site hiding behind links with the text "Plonk User" and "Plonk this user".

They give no clue as to their meaning - one has to click them to get to an explainer page.

This feature seems similar to what modern social networks call "Block". If that's the case, why not rename it?

I thought "block" at least sometimes implies a two-way block--where you don't see the other user, and the other user doesn't see you. I'm not sure if plonking does that. What about "Hide all reviews by this user" or "Never show this user's reviews" or "Hide this user" (depending on which it actually does--I don't know if it hides the user profile or just the reviews).

I think this feature is commonly called "Mute."

I would love this too--for the longest time I had no idea what "plonk" meant.
