When an existing and previously-activated user edits their profile in a way that triggers an admin review request, if they view their profile before that review occurs, it displays this message: "Your new user account is still pending review. Editing is not available until the account has been approved."
Expected:
When an existing and previously-activated user edits their profile in a way that triggers an admin review request, if they view their profile before that review occurs, it displays this message: "An edit to your profile triggered an IFDB admin review request. Please wait for an admin to review and approve your edited profile. Bear in mind that IFDB admins are volunteers and it may take some time, but if more than a week has passed, please email ifdbadmin@ifdb.org to escalate the issue. Thank you."
