This started when I noticed xmxlat. For some reason, I'd never noticed it before; it's been there since we inherited the code from MJR. It appears to be an obfuscated translator/proxy for old XM Radio URLs ???
That motivated me to delete all the files that aren't referenced anywhere else. (help-dlsafety was being referenced by help-storyfile, but nothing referenced help-storyfile, so I'm deleting them both.)
