Link to ongoing competitions in External Links #392

When a game is listed as an Entrant in a competition, and the competition is currently ongoing, we could add a prominent link in the External Links section, saying, "This game is part of an ongoing competition," linking to the "web site" URL on the Competition's page.

Another approach would be to have a checkbox on the page where you edit a competition. You could check the box if you wanted the ballot link to appear on all the game pages. (Is the ballot link usually the same as the competition URL? If not, there could be a separate field for the ballot link.) Then you could either set an expiration date for the ballot links, or you could manually turn the links off when the competition is over by going to the competition page and unchecking the box.
