An ability to partially autofill submission form by uploading a copy of blorb (if the specific game has one) #406

Basically, an ability to autofill the form when submitting new game by uploading a blorb of the game (if it has one), then IFDB would retrieve info from it and partially autofill the submission form. The blorb would be only used to extract the data relevant to the form and then discarded.
