Measure usage #658

We don't have anything that counts/measures how many visits/visitors IFDB gets. We do have access logs, but they don't include any cookie-based information; we have no way of knowing whether users are returning to the site.

(If this were a commercial project, I'd probably just install Google Analytics, but I sense the community would not like that. Maybe some server-side alternative?)
